Coming with the pilot
Pilot households get the number in their invitation. Save it to your contacts as “Household Clerk”. The same number works on WhatsApp.
What to send
- Photos of paper flyers, permission slips, and schedules
- Screenshots from class, school, and team apps
- School emails, pasted into a message
- A quick note, like “Leo has the dentist Tuesday at 3”
What you get back
One reply for each thing you send, listing what the clerk found, with a link to save it. If a photo is hard to read or a date is unclear, the clerk may ask you a question about it. That is all: no marketing and no newsletters, and your number is never shared for marketing.

Reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming it, and nothing after that. Reply START to turn replies back on, or HELP for help.
